What you'll find when you sign in at urbaserena.es
As a member you have your own area on the website. There's nothing to install: it opens on your phone, your tablet or your computer.
Your card, always with you
On your phone screen, whichever phone you have. No need to carry it in your wallet any more.
If you lose your phone, you can request a new card from there and the old one stops working immediately.
Your loyalty cards
You show your card at the local shops taking part, they scan it and a stamp is added. Fill the card and you get the reward.
Here you can see how many stamps you have and how many you still need. No paper to lose.
Your UrbiSell ads
The neighbours' noticeboard: whatever you no longer use and someone else could do with. Furniture, bikes, toys. Free, and members only.
You choose the name you appear under. Your surname is never shown.
Work in the neighbourhood
We'll email you whenever a new job offer comes in.
And if you're looking for work, you can add your details so neighbours and local businesses can find you. Without showing your address.
Suggest an activity
Is there something you think the association should organise? Write it there.
The committee reads every suggestion and replies on the same page.
Your data, in your hands
You can see everything the association holds about you, and download it.
And change your mind whenever you like: photos, notifications, WhatsApp. It takes effect straight away.
Signing in for the first time
- Find the email we sent you from the association and press «Create my account».
- Choose a password. That's all we ask for.
- You're in. From now on you sign in at urbaserena.es with your email and that password.
About the password: Use three words you'll remember, for example «dog window blue». No odd symbols needed. At least 8 characters.
